– We are consistently developing Social Security. Thanks to electronicization, it becomes more friendly not only to customers, but also to doctors who are authorized to issue medical certificates – told PAP the president of ZUS, prof. Gertruda Uścińska.
New ZUS application
– All doctors and medical assistants who are authorized to issue medical certificates, they can already do it using the ZUS mobile application. The application is called mZUS for a Doctor and can be used on mobile devices with Android and iOS operating systems – explains Prof. Uścińska.

The application can be downloaded for free from Google Play and App Store.
The head of ZUS pointed out that in the mZUS application for a doctor you can, among others: issue or cancel e-ZLAdisplay details of submitted e-ZLA medical certificates, contact the ZUS hotline by phone or display messages for the mZUS application for a doctor and PUE notifications.
– These are the first functions that will be expanded in the future – e.g. with further applications for doctors and applying for a ZUS Certificate – announced the head of ZUS.
mZUS – how the application works
The mZUS mobile application for a doctor – after installing on a smartphone or tablet – must be connected to your profile on PUE ZUS. The description of how to do this can be found in the instructions on the zus.pl website.
Before installing the application, you must make sure that the person interested in installing the application has a profile on PUE ZUS and it is active.
MZUS for doctors is another application of the Social Insurance Institution. Earlier, ZUS launched an application that allows quick access to information and applications for family benefits, e.g. 500 plus or “Dobry start”.
