Tooth Barry: When the Love Bites trailer features a romance between a vampire, an action-packed dentist

MUMBAI, April 11 (IANS) The trailer for the upcoming streaming series ‘Tooth Pari: When Love Bites’ was revealed on Tuesday. The romantic fantasy is about a vampire who falls in love with a shy, faint-hearted but lousy dentist.

Set in Kolkata – the city of joy, the series promises to deliver a ‘morsel of love’ to all the connoisseurs of romance. Picturesque Kolkata lends its mystery and charm to the narrative with its dark alleys, Medan Metro Station, Nonapukur Tram Depot, Babogat Bridge and Howrah Phul-Ghat among many other famous attractions.

Speaking about the trailer release, Shantanu Maheshwari of Gangpai Kathiawadi fame said, “The trailer only scratches the surface of what’s in store for viewers in this impossible love story. It’s a romantic thriller with subtle hints of comedy woven in the vampire genre, which I feel it’s very unique and very special in its genre. The story is fresh and unique with an experience that’s first of its kind and we’re very excited about the release.”

The romantic fantasy thriller series will also star Adil Hussain, Revathi, Sikandar Kher, Saswata Chatterjee and Tilutama Shoumi.

Produced by Endemol Shine India, ‘Tooth Pari: When Love Bites’ will be streaming on Netflix starting April 20th.
