The King of Monsters returns to wreak mayhem and destruction in the new ‘Godzilla Minus One’ trailer

TOKYO, July 12 (IANS) Godzilla, “The King of Monsters” is back once again to unleash havoc and destruction in the new “Godzilla Minus One” trailer.

Japanese company Toho Co. has provided initial details about the upcoming Godzilla movie, which will be titled “Godzilla Minus One”.

The giant lizard monster became a massive phenomenon when Japanese director Ichiro Honda released the Godzilla movie in 1954, and in the trailer we see a very angry kaiju.

Having become one of the world’s most iconic monster icons, Godzilla has since had several spin-offs including the Hollywood monster movie “Godzilla Vs Kong” where he gets fist bumped into the mighty gorilla monster Kong.

The upcoming sci-fi monster movie written and directed by Takashi Yamazaki, will take place amidst a devastated post-war Japan, where the country has already faced massive devastation after World War II. To make matters worse, Godzilla is now unleashing chaos and this time the movie will show just how terrifying and overpowering the massive and terrifying monster Godzilla is. This new live-action film marks the 37th installment in the Godzilla franchise, and is the most recent film to come out of Japan.

Godzilla Minus One will premiere in Japan on November 3 and open in the United States on December 1.
