Police officers from the Konin police station used the powers granted to them by the anti-violence law for the 102nd time. They issued another order to immediately leave the apartment and a ban on approaching the apartment and its immediate surroundings, as well as a ban on approaching a person suffering domestic violence for the next 14 days. This time against a 31-year-old who used violence against his parents.
“On September 14, in the afternoon, police officers from the Municipal Police Headquarters in Konin were called to intervene in one of the families where there was a suspicion of domestic violence. The police isolated the perpetrator, took him to a room for detained persons, and then received a report of the crime and initiated Blue Card procedure” – reports Asp. Sebastian Wiśniewski, press officer of the police in Konin.
“After a detailed examination of the family’s situation, the officers decided it was justified to order the 31-year-old to leave the apartment immediately and to impose a ban on approaching the apartment and its immediate surroundings, as well as a ban on approaching a person suffering domestic violence for the next 14 days.” – he adds.
After issuing the order and prohibitions, the man left the keys to the apartment and left the apartment he shared with his parents.
