Sharad Malhotra on kissing Akanksha Puri twice on screen, “It gets into her character really well”

MUMBAI, July 12 (IANS) Actress Sharad Malhotra can be seen in a new music video titled “Baarishon” alongside Akanksha Puri, and the actress feels Akanksha fits into her character really well.

Sharad Malhotra and Akanksha Puri’s new song “Parishon” has been released and the audience is loving the loud harmonies in the song.

The song, sung by Payal Dev and Udit Narayan, brings back the flavor of the 90s.

In a press conference held for the song, the actress talked about the song, her kissing experience with Akanksha and much more. Akanksha has been in the news ever since she kissed Jad Hadid on screen in Bigg Boss OTT House where he called her a bad kisser. Sharad and Akanksha kiss each other twice on screen.

When asked if she was indeed a really bad kisser, Sharad replied, “All I’ve experienced on screen is that she gets into her character really well. We kissed twice on screen and both times she loved her personality.”

Talking about her journey with Bigg Boss, he said, “Whatever I’ve seen, I feel even though it was a short trip but it was a lot of fun. She really enjoyed herself. She went in there, had fun and got out. It was a learning experience for her.”

Talking about the song, he said, “We tried to bring something closer to ‘Tip Tip Barsa Pani’ to the audience. Our song recaptures the flavor of the 90s. Payal and Udit G sang it very beautifully. It was Akanksha’s performance with such poise and grace.”

“Baarishon” is a romantic monsoon track penned by Payal Dev and Udit Narayan. The song is written by Aditya Dev. The lyrics were written by Rashmi Viraj and features Sharad Malhotra and Akanksha Puri.
