MUMBAI, July 19 (IANS) Filmmaker Atlee has shared his grateful experience in his response to Bollywood superstar Shahrukh Khan’s latest post.
Atlee, who has collaborated with Khan on the highly anticipated and ambitious project ‘Jawan’, has taken to social media to acknowledge the overwhelming love SRK has bestowed upon him.
SRK had tweeted, “Sirrrrrr!!! Maaasssssss!! You da man!!!! Thank you for everything and making sure AK Meer gave his input along with Priya!! Love you all.”
Atlee replied, “From reading Tales of Kings to embarking on a journey with a real person, I think I’m living the dream I’ve always had. Thank you so much. This movie has pushed me to my limits, learning invaluable lessons along the way.”

Marking Shah Rukh Khan and Atlee’s first collaboration, Jawan also marks Nayanthara’s film debut with Vijay Sethupati. Jawan is a spin-off of Red Chillies Entertainment, directed by Atlee, produced by Gauri Khan and co-produced by Gaurav Verma, and released worldwide on September 7 in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu.
